Return Policy Overview

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging, hardware, and documentation
• Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature, the following products cannot be returned unless defective:

• Bedroom Sets & Collections (when purchased as complete sets)
• Dining Room Sets & Collections
• Made-to-order or custom furniture pieces

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Provide Details

Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return.

Step 3: Receive Instructions

We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Step 4: Package Securely

Repack the item(s) in original packaging with all protective materials.

Step 5: Ship Back

Send the package using the carrier we specify. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping Options

• Standard Return: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (typically 10-15 business days)
• Express Return: Available at additional cost for faster processing

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
