Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- All hardware, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items: Due to their custom nature, the following products cannot be returned unless defective:
- Bedroom Sets & Collections (when purchased as complete sets)
- Dining Room Sets & Collections
- Made-to-order or custom furniture pieces
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our design-savvy support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for quicker processing.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Securely: Repack the item(s) in original packaging with all protective materials.
- Ship Back: Send the package using the carrier we specify. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Shipping Options
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error:
- Standard Return: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (typically 10-15 business days)
- Express Return: Available at additional cost for faster processing
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
